The line of acoustic indie artists is one of increasingly light, but one guy determined to stand out is Icelandic favourite – Axel Flovent. Already making waves in his homeland, the warming vocals of the acoustic singer are soon to hit UK shores with new single “Forest Fires”.
Fans of Nick Mulvey should particularly pay close attention. Admittedly inspired by nature, it’s little wonder the blissful tones and explorative nature of his tracks are infusingly addictive combining simple tones of captivating vocal and subtle strings over the bed of piano keys that flow like the calm stream the track sits beside.
